I want to remind those going through a divorce or separation the importance of taking care of yourselves. We so easily forget to nourish our bodies and souls when we are scared and stressed. Keeping up family traditions and not isolating ourselves helps. I still struggle in my post divorce arrangement with my ex and can fall into bad eating habits and not exercising regularly when I am upset. Try to remember you need to be healthy and strong for you and your kids and this is just part of your journey. Oh.. and try to have a little fun . You deserve it!
