Douglass Brown received his batcher’s degree from University of Washington in 1997. He majored in criminal justice and minored in political science.
Always interested in the law, he applied to Willamette University of Law in 1999 and graduated in the top-third of his class in 2002. During his law school studies, he focused primarily on business classes.
After graduating law school, he worked at a creditor rights law firm for about a year collecting debts on behalf of fortune 500 companies. Growing restless and wanting to protect the rights of individuals, he started working for a law firm that put the rights of individuals before business. During the time with that law firm, he was exposed to a wide variety of legal topics and problems. He reviewed and counseled individuals on their civil, family, and bankruptcy issues.
It is through these experiences that he is able to effectively counsel you on a wide variety of issues and will allow you to draw on these experiences from one attorney, rather than multiple attorneys versed in specific disciples.
He spends his leisure time with family and his two dogs.
